** Terms and Definitions **
The Company: It means the New World Company Limited.
Customer: It means the buyer who requested the company's services.
Third Party: It means any party other than the customer and the company.
Project: It means the company's products.
Quotation: It means the electronic quotation that is sent by the company through the e-mail that has the same domain as the website of the New World Company Ltd.
*Cancellation and Refund Policy*
In the event of a refund or cancellation request within 24 hours from the date of payment: the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid
In the event of a refund or cancellation request after 24 hours from the date of payment: The customer is not entitled to refund any amounts paid due to the effort made by the team.
* Business Certification Policy *
The customer is obligated to certify the outputs submitted to him within 3 days from the date of sending the outputs to him on his e-mail, or according to the period referred to in the case of a contract. Accordingly, the customer is not entitled to return or demand any modifications, and New World Company Limited has the right to move to the next stage in the event that there is a next stage, and in the absence of a next stage, New World Company Limited has the right to close the project. The customer has no right to return or object to this.
*Policy for additional requests not clearly stated*
In the event that the client requests any studies, systems or reports other than those referred to in the official quotation issued in the name of the client, these requests are considered outside the scope of the project and accordingly a separate quotation will be submitted for those additional requests by New World Company Ltd.
*What is not included in the service*
The scope of the project does not include the following matters (unless they are clearly requested in the text of the project idea or if they are not stipulated in a separate contract). It is submitted to the service requester (the customer). In the event that the service requester (the customer) agrees to the price offer, a price quote appendix is made to be added to the current price offer or a separate price quote, based on what the service provider determines. Note that the following services are not included in the price offer for as long as There was no explicit and clear written text explaining it:
First: Preparing any operational / operational / strategic plan for the project.
Second: Designing commercial identities or any audio or visual content.
Third: Preparing any obligations, content, licenses, or documents required from official authorities.
Fourth: Traveling outside the city of Riyadh for the purpose of the field study.
Fifth: Searching for real estate in the field and finding it
Sixth: Preparing the headquarters for the client.
Seventh: The field study that requires work or transportation outside the headquarters of the New World Company Limited in Riyadh.
Eighth: product design.
Ninth: An engineering study, in case it was not mentioned in the price offer.
Tenth: Preparing engineering or technical designs in the field of the project.
Eleven: Providing the client with accurate technical/engineering specifications related to the products offered by the project.
Twelve: If the price offer includes a technical project such as an electronic application, website or electronic platform, the company shall bear the following:
a. The company bears an amount of 30 riyals of the domain value, as a maximum, for the first year only. In the event that there are financial fees for the renewal, the customer must bear the responsibility for paying the renewal fees.
B. The company bears an amount of 500 riyals as a maximum for the first year of the hosting value, according to the customer’s choice of hosting for the first year only. In the event that there are financial fees for the renewal, the customer must bear the responsibility for paying the renewal fees.
c. The company bears an amount of 274 riyals of the value of the annual emails for the first year only, and the customer bears the annual renewal fees for the emails.
Dr.. The customer has the right to connect technically with one party only for free, knowing that the company does not bear the costs of contracting between the customer and the company. .
Thirteen: Any additional services not included and not mentioned in the price offer.
* Service period *
If the project is a business development sector service, the minimum is 30 days from the date of signing the initiation minutes, and a maximum of 180 working days from the date of signing the minutes, if the period is not specified.
And if the project is related to one of our services from the digital transformation sector: the time taken is as stipulated in the contract, and in the absence of a contract, the period is a maximum of 180 working days.
The company offers the stages of providing its services, for example, but not limited to workshops or remote meetings. headquarters, which may result in additional costs to the company.

Interpretation and Definitions
